Rental Conditions
- Peak season: rental period minimum 2 weeks
- Rental are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday
- All rates are in Euros. The above price are net. Check in time 16.00 pm and check out time 11.00 am. Late Check-Out until 16:00 pm is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out after 16:00 pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 pm will be charged at full nightly rate. Rates are based on up to a maximum 8 persons. Additional guest may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the Villa owner with extra cost.
